Bidrage med feedbackVery bad customer service I used the subway app for the first time 2 of the workers didn't know how to use the app. So I use the app and I didn't see how to add what I wanted on the sandwich. So I explained to the worker about that, and then proceed to tell her what I wanted, she got upset and went to the back and sent another worker out to assist me . She might of been the manager . Anyway she wanted to see the online receipt, I explained to her that I am old ladie who didn't see how to add what I wanted on the app, she had an attitude as well. I will avoid this subway at all cost.
I am literally only on here to give Logan his props I came in at I want to say around 915. He made my sandwich with love!! And he didn’t let me forget that one thing not the salt the pepper, the oregano I am so grateful I am racing home to eat the sandwich.

Ladies were fantastic. They were fast and great customer service. The Manager (I didn't get her name before leaving) was excellent. We are from Florida and don't see this kind of service any more. It's the little things in life when it comes to acts of kindness. We need more of that in this world.
