Winking Lizard Tavern - Brunswick

Our server, Melissa R, was outstanding. She served us tonight and also 6 months ago, and we recognized her right away. Our family of 5 enjoys dining here on weeknights. Our teenage children have big appetites and always request extra house ranch dressing.

I had a wonderful time at the Brunswick location. The food was delicious and the service was fantastic. The manager, Brandy, was excellent and made sure everything was perfect with our meals. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant. Brunswick is a winner in my book.

The burgers were partially charred from being cooked on a grill. We were seated in a cold area of the restaurant and had to be moved at the manager's request to accommodate a service dog. The staff was friendly, but the overall experience left much to be desired. The food received a rating of 1 out of 5.

I wish I could give them a better review, but the basis of my last experiences 3 is the highest thing I can give. My rating covers 3 visits. We order for pizza evening every week. Visit 1: Wait 20 minutes in addition to the 35-minute waiting period I was told when I go to my order. Pizza was Ice Cold, wings were hot but wrong. About all a 1 StarVisit 2: wings and pizzas were punctual, but the wings were still false a total of 4 stars visit 3: Can not order by them on the phone or online (system down) Although its some, what from their control, it seems just like the whole experience can happen with a problem. We went in to order wings and pizza both right, but super uncomfortable. A total of 3 start visits.

I specifically wanted traditional wings for lunch. I ordered them; 10-15 minutes later someone brought them out, they were boneless. When the waitress came over to check on us about another 10 minutes later, I told her that I ordered traditional wings. She asked if I wanted her to put in an order for traditional wings, I said yes. When the bill came she charged us for both. Very disappointing.
