Marshside Grill - Brunswick

Watch out for food poisoning! Do not eat the salmon. 2 hrs after eating it, I had the worst case of food poisoning I’ve ever had. I was the only one eating salmon at the table.

Sorry, this place sucks. Touristy spot, that is just not that good. Mr. Shucks in Brunswick have friendlier staff and a lot better food. At Marshside, no one knows how to smile. I'm glad I only ordered the appetizer, Fire shrimp, not good. Popeye's is better, thats sad because i haven't been to a Popeye's in about 10 years. They have no idea what's on tap or even what a Porter is. They don't care because it's a tourist spot, not a true local joint, and they just want to push out mediocre food. There's actually significantly better restaurants on the island, which is actually the touristy spot. Just drive and look. You'll be better off.

Everything was wonderful and the view is beautiful!!! Our waitress was the best!!!

Really good food, I had the chicken tenders and sweet potato fries and couldn’t recommend them enough. My only complaint was the corner of the building we were in was hot, I think because of all the windows. Other than that, great experience.

Long story short. This place has obviously been around a long time. We ordered blackened grouper and steamed peel and eat shrimp. Both were edible but nothing to brag about. I think the shrimp were boiled with no seasoning them Old Bay sprinkled on top, once the shrimp were peeled they had no flavor. I dont see us returning here. The service was good and the beer was cold.
