I recently ordered chicken strips and gravy, fries, a Dr. Pepper, and a chocolate sundae at the restaurant. Everything was delicious and the service was great.

A few weeks ago, we encountered two issues with two separate orders. I considered posting a negative review but decided against it, as my intention is not to be malicious, but rather to bring awareness to the situation.
