Disastrous service if it were possible I would give zero stars. Was here twice now for coffee and each time it was the same, the service staff didn't say hello...

The boss, if it was him, was unfortunately very unfriendly and arrogant. I wasn't allowed to visit the hotel, but I won't be anymore.

Elaborate gourmet menus, very tasty indeed! More vegetables and greens would make it perfect though. Thanks for the good service too.
