Small midweek to Bruges to celebrate my birthday. I had the big surprise to be invited to Patrick Devos. The aperitif on the terrace accompanied by its mouths is already there promise of a fabulous meal as tastes are excellent. Then we go back to the room that is beautiful to taste the menu 4 services everything is absolutely perfect, explosions of flavors, a truly beautiful dressage service also is at the height. The very pleasant patronage, the wine is presented by a young man who gives explanations about each of the wines that are beautifully associated with the dishes. Here's a birthday meal I'll remember. Restaurant very well located in the center of Bruges. Intimist atmosphere the restaurant does not offer a lot of table and it is perfect. The welcome is very warm, the dishes are exquisite, really perfect the tea perfectly accompany the meals for people who do not consume alcohol. With affordable rates!
