This restaurant is amazing with great food and friendly staff!

The tenders I ordered were excellent, served with creamy gravy and a biscuit. I used the drive-thru and initially had a smooth experience with placing my order and driving through. However, when I reached the window, the staff were very dry and unfriendly, showing no signs of politeness or a welcoming attitude. This bad service experience led me to deduct 2 stars from my review for Church's Chicken. It's important for staff to provide a simple, polite and welcoming interaction with customers, as it leaves a lasting impression. Hopefully, Church's Chicken on Elizabeth can improve on their customer service in the future.
