Applebee's Grill - Brownsburg

This Applebee's is fantastic!! We were out late and needed something to eat and arrived at the restaurant at 10:00 pm and was seated by a friendly hostess and had a quick and efficient waitress! The food was so delicious! i would definitely go back.

Order was ready on time but $16. Salad with no dressing socks. After hours when eaten so NO DRESSING. Thnx!

Ordered online got home and was missing multiple food items, no silverware or napkins given and cold and hot food items bagged together. Had to drive 20 minutes back to get my food and 20 minutes home and they replaced what was missing but did not offer accommodations for their mistake and my inconvenience. This happens every time I order from this location so I definitely won’t be back to the Brownsburg Applebees.

Loud music, lackadaisical service, and franchise food.

I got food sick from eating at this place. My wife got lucky because she sent hers back. They should've comp the bill but they didn't. Manager didn't come to see what our issue was. Food and service to take care of it was terrible. My wife had a burger that was wrong so she sent it back. They put cold cheese on it and sent it back out. I kept my cool but I should've raised Hell for them having the audacity to send the same wrong dinner back out. They should sit this place down. I filled out the survey and nobody talked to me at the location or called not emailed. To hell with this place.
