It's rare to leave a positive comment at a fast food restaurant. But I have to say that it's worth it! The lady at the counter is smiling, friendly and efficient. The kitchen employees are also smiling and seem to have a good atmosphere between them. And ABOVE ALL, first time in my life that my burger looks like the photo. My teen double was very beautiful and very good. The fries were a little too salty, but everything else was perfect. Well done! Very disappointed by this franchise: A&W Lachute: My partner 's Beyond Meat burger was burnt on the sides and cold and wet in the center, I complained to the manager who asked me to explain what I mean? She answers me Well you know it 's not meat... Nothing more and she walks away... WOW (And that 's without mentioning the hard and white tomatoes and the onions almost non-existent and launches 'a rating. Never again this place and it 's a shame...
