Brown Hill Fish Shop

Just moved to the area, and have now found our local fish and chip shop. Well priced, good food, and lovely customer service. Can't wait too go back again!

Hopeless they forgot half our order and had to wait an hour for the rest of it.. Gave them a second chance phoned the order thru to be told 20 mins ended up waiting well over an hour once again half our order forgotten... Never again

We have been coming here for some time now and we have absolutely loved the food service ect, however all it takes is that one bad experience to turn customers away for good.Tonight my wife went in half hour after ordering then waited a further half hour to get our order take it home and we have half our order and half of someone else's order ,called and use asked us to bring it back and we will get ours in return no worries get ours back here after coming all the way back....its cold, greased up paper ,wet moshy batter all dead cold and really hard inside the wet moshy batter, terrible no words to describe,went straight out to the dog .was good while it lasted, understaffed or inexperienced staff dose not even excuse this especially when half the staff have air pods in!

Always the best fish and. Chips and burgers, souvas. Very good prices. Love it

Fish was very intense i ordered a flake it smelt like fish also have no Venetta, they should update menu and sale snags and eggs
