Praha - Broumov

I spend 10 nights at this place, and it was not a restful stay. All the sounds echo from the hallways really loud. Cleaning starts around eight every morning, so the noise will wake you up. The room is really really dark even when all the lights on. I had only one power socket in the room and it was at really inconvenient place. Beds, pillows or even the blankets are not comfortable. No water kettle or anything like that..

The hotel is a great place to stay in the heart of the city. The only thing I missed was the refrigerator in the room and the smoker, I think that in such a large sidle would find a space for a smoker who does not have to smoke on the square. All tourist destinations are within reach.

Horrible service. Receptionist shouts at you after giving you the wrong key at check in her own mistake. What a nasty receptionist, you might think. Maybe she's new here, maybe she's having a bad day. Surprise! That is actually the hotel owner! Jaw dropping. Maybe in 1980 this would have passed, but not 40 years later. Rude behavior towards a well behaving customer is a big red flag. Not even great food or a clean room. Disappointed.

Very old fashion however clean. Gastro services on a very low level.

OK hotel, with OK food, but nothing fancy. Reasonably priced though.
