Mcdonald's Broughton Retail Park

My experience with the ordering process was smooth and efficient today. Although it took a bit of time for my food to be served since I paid with cash, it was prepared quickly. The staff member who assisted me was not only incredibly helpful but also very pleasant. Overall, I give them a 5/5!

The service was quicker, but the parking situation is quite challenging. There aren’t enough spaces available, making it difficult for diners to transport their food back to their cars after a visit.

The location is great, but I believe the passage area needs some adjustments, as it's often crowded and hinders access to the parking spaces. There’s definitely room for improvement in the service. The interior is always clean and well-maintained by the staff, and the food is served promptly. However, I think there should be a designated seating area in the back, as it takes up a significant portion of the space and makes it challenging to find a seat. The food has always been served hot during our visits, and I would definitely return.
