Rouge - Brossard

This is one of my favorite restaurants of all time. When you are searching for the perfect dining experience, Rouge is the place to go. The service is exceptional and attentive. The food is so delicious that you will be daydreaming about returning. The location is also fantastic. I would highly recommend bringing all my friends and family so they can experience a piece of paradise.

I was disappointed that I had to present my vaccine passport upon entry. It was my birthday when I visited this restaurant. We ordered a variety of appetizers and main dishes to share. Unfortunately, the portions were smaller than my previous visit. The fish was not up to par and the calamari was overly greasy. The spring rolls were also smaller than expected. However, the main dishes were decent, although not outstanding. There was a waiter who kept refilling our water glasses, but he was annoying and even accidentally spilled water on my friend. He would also attempt to clear our plates prematurely, often touching the leftover food.

If you're looking for a cozy spot for a romantic evening at Dix30 with delicious Chinese comfort food, Rouge is the perfect choice. They offer a great selection of reasonably priced wines and generous portions on the plates, so you may want to consider sharing or taking some leftovers home. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing a professional dining experience. Be sure to make reservations in advance, as this popular spot tends to get busy. Overall, Rouge is a must-visit for a satisfying dining experience.

The food was excellent. A bit expensive for asian cuisine. Did not give 5 stars because the hostess was not pleasant and as it started getting busy service got slow. They need more staff.

Fortunately, we were really contaminated in this restaurant. the "gluten free" option "shrimp and laughter" came with a gluten-filled sauce. we asked if it was really safe before eating. we were sure that it should be said 10 minutes later after it was eaten that it was filled with gluten base soy sauce.
