Bidrage med feedbackDim sum here was amazing. Prices were reasonable and the location opened at 1130 AM on the dot. Shortly after they had the carts flying from the kitchen. Some of the must orders include the shu mai, har gow, chicken feet, beef with bean curd and definitely the pork ribs. The location itself its very clean including the bathrooms. They take Covid very seriously. The entire staff is wearing gloves and masks. The sauces come in pockets or the small sauce containers. You can tell this place is good when its packed right when it opens on a random week day. Highly recommend Kam Fung if you quality dim sum.
Picked up a large menu for our family . Food is always excellent here. Plus best dim sum in the city:
This is a very authentic Cantonese restaurant, which explains why it's the best place for Dim Sum outside of Montreal; maybe even including Montreal! A group of 7 of us went for dinner on Friday night. We had the Shrimp Siu Mai in spicy peanut sauce, cuttlefish with vegetables (snow peas), cantonese chow mien, chicken in black bean sauce, beef with broccoli and young chow fried rice. Everything was just excellent; we will definitely be back next time I'm in town.
The badest service in town!! Starting from the waiters staff to the people at the reception. The big place had very few clients seated and it became hard to find someone to serve us. After taking our order nobody cameback to refill our glasses of water, ask if everything is ok or change the tea. I asked for sauce at reception as everybody ignored us and seems to be too busy to serve us and the lady at the reception pointed a finger away and told me to ask the waiter without looking at me or stop doing a single second what she was doing. She didn't gave a sign to help me! The dish of my husband arrived late so I had to start to eat to avoid eatig a cold soup. We consider we had a bad service and of course didn't leave tip but the waiter seemed suprised and told us as we din't left tip we are not welcome anymore, another one came to say the same. We explained calmly the bad experience we had, but they became both so arrogant and so unpolite that they also kick us out for a 3$ tip!!!
We were there for lunch and it was amazing. Every dish is carefully prepared and well presented. Loved the dim sum. This is a great restaurant with wonderful food its a bit pricey but you get what you paid for. If you have a big occasion book here
