Benihana Broomfield, Co

We had reservations for 7:15. We were not seated till 8:00. They said they didn’t know it was going to be this crowded, and they are short on chefs which they say every time. I will never got to this Benihana again on a Friday or Saturday night

Excellent dining experience. A bit of a wait but well worth it.

We were fed a discolored greenish shrimp, the calamari steak had a strange texture to it, the onion soup had hard inedible bits in it and the chef complained about being understaffed.

Our chef/entertainer was very subdued...not at all the Benihana experience we were hoping for. This was a big birthday for our daughter and I was hoping for a much more entertaining and lively experience. The prices are outrageous. Very much a rip-off. We should've gone to the Melting Pot for that price.

The food was not served very warm and we felt rushed. The chef we had also did very few 'tricks ' compared to the other chefs and when going there with kids the highlight is the 'train with onion volcano '.
