Loved the meat, no choice for sauce on the side. The pulled pork sandwich was more open faced style that requires utensils given the large amount of meat bbq sauce, although utensils were not provided. Fairly large wings, light oil used to fry them, they were Not smoked., although they tasted great. Also, no choice for Blue cheese to dip wings, only Ranch offered. Food was prepared quickly well packaged, service was great! Please add utensils next time, otherwise pretty damned good considering it apos;s not really a bbq place.
Im not sure what the pulled pork was, but it wasnt anything Ive ever seen. It was close to 80 or 90% fat. Of the one pound, probably close to 3/4 of it had to be tossed. The brisket was cut like lunch meat and still like rubber. But, the sides were great though. I was so put off by the meat that I actually drove passed the store location and it still says Country Squire and the building is exactly the same. No visible smoke or smokers anywhere and no smell of smoke in the air. Very suspect to say the least.
The food was cold, Not sure what they gave because it didnt look or taste like brisket, more like old pot roast. The pulled pork was mushy and everything was heavily dredged in bbq sauce.
The family pack for $73 is really like a meal for 1 1/2 people. More than what one person should eat (but could)... CERTAINLY not a meal for a family. We got the brisket and the sausage with two sides. In that family meal was about 5 slices of Brisket, 4 sliced sausages, 2 sides of about 1/2 a cup each (think small side at KFC) and some texas toast. It was good not the greatest bbq but the price vs. portion is outrageous.
100%would not recommend, the brisket was tough and the "hand cut fries"turned out to be potato wedges on top of that the food ariv in a card box that was used to toahip the restaurants hashbrowns. Not only did the food not look like the food that was pictured, it wasnt even the same type of food, and it was sub par at best would not rec .
