Dickey's Barbecue Pit - Brooksville

Okay, let me start with the chef not being sure if he's the owner being a funny guy. he spoke me into a whole rack of ribs. I have the onion string side. they were the best. they were very good. good part, quite expensive. it is nice to go somewhere and have a crew that shows enthusiasm. at least I enjoyed the meal and even had remnants. I also enjoyed the atmosphere that is important. next time!

Wow, this is a hidden gem! eating was absolutely fantastic. brisket teller with 2 pages and a dinner roll, was more eating than I could eat and the price is cheaper than an almost food restaurant. then, if they have rooms, they offer a free ice cream soft servier cone. the staff was very friendly and patient. the food was prepared and delivered in 5 minutes. we're doing the 40 minutes. often drive to this place and they also offer catering. I can't say enough about this place!

Came to lunch today with a friend. we ordered, and our food was ready for us quite quickly. we had the ribs and the seal. the ribs were very good. the flesh was tasty and fell from the bone. pleasantly surprised how much meat was on the ribs. the brisket was tender and tasted great. we also tried 3 pages: koleslaw, bon and the fried okra. all 3 pages were delicious. this restaurant has Coke products to drink. there is also an ice cone machine free for a sweet dessert. we will definitely return!

That was delicious. my sister and I ordered her special brisket sandwich with 2 sides; jalapeño pinto beans fries, and a drink with an extra water cup, to split lunch and then we got a free vanilla ice cone. a lot to eat under $20 including the tip. very fast, we ordered and ate in about 30 minutes.

The food is alright However, My husband and I absolutely love the lady that is always there. She is an absolute sweetheart heart. She’s the type of person that someone would want to work with. She’s reminds us that there still some cool pp out there.
