The food was very good. We had a great time at your store.

My server Cayla was attentive friendly. Before I could finish putting sugar in my coffee she brought my breakfast which was hot delicious. No matter where, you can get good hot food from nice people.

This location has gone downhill. My wife and I ordered a simple dinner, and nearly everything about it was wrong. And our waiter , Brennan, was nearly impossible to get ahold of. I had to rely on the other wait staff to help with my order. Neither Brennan or whom ever is cooking any whats on the menu because i ordered chicken fried chicken, and it came out with no gravy on the chicken. I questioned him about it, and he said it did not infact come with gravy. So after he left, i looked up the menu online and showed my wife infact it does come with it. By now, i am nearly done eating it, so I said screw it. Also, the fried ocra side was reheated way too many times. Super chewy and cold. Now, I'm using the bathroom before i leave, and it's filthy. I would not recommend this particular Cracker Barrel anymore. The one on 19 is much better. This Cracker Barrel is like a cheap interstate truckstop now.

The Cracker Barrel in ridge manor, FL had a power outage Wednesday 7/31 and was recouping from that outage 3 days later when I was there to use my reward pegs and was told I could not use my rewards because of this. She said I could come back later when their system was working and PURCHASE SOMETHING ELSE to get the rewards. No offer to override that decision or make an alternate offer. I can certainly understand a day after the outage, dealing with this but, 3 days? Food was delicious and waitress was very attentive even though the food service was very slow(not the waitresses fault, and heard multiple people complaining about the wait for food or it being cold. Just don’t understand the refusal to do ANYTHING about my rewards.

We came in for a late lunch. Service was slow, the kitchen even slower getting food out. My wife's chicken pot pie was mediocre. Not one veggie other than a few potato bits and the chicken was sparse as well. It left an aftertaste due to whatever spices they used. My roast beef was bland and not very tender. The portions were small considering the price. My beverage was not refilled while I dined as the server only asked about it when she brought the check to the table. Will not be back here any time soon.
