Incorrect order bad eating bad service worker of the rue terrible experience. not recommend.

I ordered on Uber Easts. My order arrived with a bunch of things missing. Every combo had something missing and they didn’t send any of the drinks. They also sent barely any sauces. The sauces that they did send were not the ones we asked for and they were barely even filled. The hot dog I ordered came with a bun that felt almost stale and a tiny hot dog. Hot dog had none of the toppings or sauces. When I called the person who answered the phone said in a very rude voice “it’s not my fault” and then hung up on me. This was very upset and disappointing. I complained to Uber eats, got all my money back, and ordered from somewhere else that was much better, the full order came, and the service was much better.

Ordered from here last week they hung up on me after they realized I was missing half the stuff I ordered when it came to the sauce they told me sorry we had a rush and we can’t provide every customer so they sent me 2 mayos and said this is what we have sorry and hung up on me by the time my food got to me it was freezing called poor communication with restaurant will never order from this location again !

Customer service is terrible. I made an order to be picked up through their website and called a few time to ask if they can call me when it's ready. I called again an hour and a half after I placed the order and the man I spoke to told me it's been ready for over an hour. I'm not sure why they didn't call. Once I received my order I opened the bag and realized they were missing 2 items. I called back and they were not willing to give me a refund . Terrible customer service and staff here , really a shame. Would not recommend , it was a very unpleasant ordering experience.

This is a great place to get a burger. When by with a friend and had a double patty burger with one regular patty and one spicy patty, you can then add any of the sauce options that you would like. The food took about 10 minutes to come out but was prepared efficiently. The fries were good and warm. The staff was nice and the place was very clean. The overall rice for 2 burgers and the 2 fries was $50. A bit pricey but worth going to.
