Bidrage med feedbackIf I could give less than one star I would! The employees are so RUDE! Like not friendly at all. I ordered a BLT. They put two pieces of bacon on.. which normally they do minimum of four but I’ve had as much as six.. for no extra charge. Anyway he put on two slices of bacon and I politely asked if he could put the normal portion on I said I’ve never had someone just put two pieces on when the bacon is my main meat. The employee told me with no emotion that it would be an extra charge. I was baffled.. extra charge for what? The conversation just stopped there and he just looked at me. With no intention of giving me more bacon. I just told him I would go to another location. Went down the street to noble and got five slices of bacon for normal price. This location is petty. They won’t survive if they keep this up. It must be due to new management or owners..
One person in front of me. Took 10 minutes to get to my order. Then when I went to pay I tried to use my Rebels card which is for a free 6 inch with purchase of another and a pop. They didn't honor the card so two 6 inch sandwiches, pop and a chip cost nearly 20 dollars. Place is a joke with the new owners and staff. Used to be a nice Subway restaurant. I won't be coming back.
The gal who made sandwiches for our group today was one of the most positive, sweet, hard-working people I’ve ever met. MAMA, we love you and the care with which you treated us. Oh, and did we mention that she was the ONLY one there? She was so efficient and loving, even though she could/should have been annoyed, hassled, slow, etc. thank you, sweetie. Your love for your job and customers was a LESSON for the group of high school students who came through your shop today. Bless.
Done, just done. The customer service is well below acceptable. The new owner must think this is a gourmet sandwich shop. $12 for a run of the mill foot long. I LOVED this when the old owner was there, friendly, kind, and affordable. All of that is gone. You can get a large Pizza with multiple toppings just about anywhere for what 1 sandwich costs here. The last time I was here (right after the new owner took over) They were sanding sheet rock.. and dust was everywhere, even in the food, (you could write your name in the dust on everything) yet they still served it. I thought I would try 1 more time a year later... nope, I'm done for good now. I was there at 12:30 on a week day (lunch time) and I was the ONLY customer. That itself speaks volumes. They basically told me what I would like on my sandwich. I said that I didn't want shredded chicken, I wanted roasted, they said shredded was rotisserie, and better, and continued with that instead.. wth? Then when I paid She said tip it or skip it.. I said what? She said tip me or not. This store is not going to last long at this rate. The neighborhood, doesn't want anything to do with them.
App doesn't work with the store certain promotion codes don't work with this store I don't know if it's the store itself or if it's the franchise messing with things maybe the app, but trying to use the app with the store irritates me so much I don't even want Subway anymore today so between the app and the franchise I feel bad for these owners losing money because they can't create products that work. Maybe these franchise owners should get together and Sue corporate over the money they lose
