Bidrage med feedbackLiterally one of the worst Tim Hortons around. The staff is super slow. With just 2 customers in the store, they'd take 5-7 minutes to hand over online orders. Don't know about the day time, but night staff is really slow. The tables are usually unclean
Absolutely the worst service ive experienced and witnessed. 4 different delivery drivers waiting on orders that weren't even started for 10mins, there were no other customers. Then told us to figure out who's order it was, didn't even check to make sure if we were actually drivers.
This is a tough one… What I like: the convenience of the location (it was very needed in this area) the fact that it still has not gotten too busy. staff are typically very pleasant and friendly. What I don’t like: lately orders have been wrong (I.e. order 1 milk 2 sugar and get 2 milk 1 sugar) items missing from orders (only 5 donuts in a 6 pack) often messy and very disorganized inside. I want to leave 2 stars (because I found out when I was on the road that my coffee was wrong) but I will leave it at 3 because I have had more positive than negative at this point however the negatives are getting much more common (I go to this location 2 4 times a week).
This Tim's is new and in a convenient location. That's about the only good part of it. First off everytime I go there (drive thru) the staff are never the same, ever. There is no sense of leadership or organization. Do not order food at this location. have never had an order that was correct, not missing something or after I ordered and got to the window only to be told they could not make it.
Just got served a BLT with rotten lettuce. Noticed after I ate almost all of it, thought I smelled something weird. Turned super dark green, wet, wilted, smelled not good. Guess I’m gonna have fun having this pass through my system….tomatoes were on the opposite side of the spectrum, not even close to being ripe, hard and green. It isn’t very hard to train your employees to spot rotten food. In truth, it’s quite obvious when something is rotten, but if you’re hiring people that can not differentiate what is foul and what is fresh, teach them. Furthermore, if you weren’t so obsessed with your window times at the drive thru, maybe your staff of stressed out teenagers and seniors would have the time to actually look at what they’re serving people and maybe stop it from being served. Serious food-borne illnesses can be brought upon customers from rotten vegetables. A customer shouldn’t have to inspect their food items before consumption when ordering from a restaurant as large as Tim Hortons. Inexcusable, I will never return.
