El Coyote - Brookfield

The restaurant serves amazing Mexican dishes made according to old family recipes. Everything on the menu is delicious, and my family frequently dines here. In particular, their mole sauce and chile relleno are fantastic. The service is fast and outstanding, always accompanied by friendly greetings. The drinks are also excellent. I highly recommend trying the Limette Boat Margarita, but make sure not to drive afterwards!

The service at this restaurant was extremely friendly and attentive. The food was served quickly and was delicious. The salsa and chips were also fantastic, with a beautiful kick to the salsa. The overall dining experience was definitely traditional Mexican. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant!
