Chipotle Mexican Grill - Brookfield

Really depends who is putting your order together. Sometimes fresh. Sometimes bottom of the bucket.

I was just in the store and ordered a burrito bowl…the young men that were working today need to Not work in customer service at all!!!! The items on the food line were very low, instead of making sure the line was stocked and prepared for the customers orders… he was more attentive to his coworker and their conversation. When I asked if there was anymore corn available he gave me a lot of attitude as if I interrupted him!!! I will never come back to this location again.. I understand the need to have employees but if you’re there to just stand around and not care about the customers needs what’s the point of being there!!!

They always give me heavy bowls , better than mayfairs chipotle !!

Unusually Disappointing Experience: Poor Food Handling at ChipotleAs a regular patron of Chipotle, I've always appreciated their commitment to fresh ingredients and customizable menu options. However, my recent experience has left me deeply disappointed due to evident lapses in food handling practices. The bowl, my food was served in, was punctured at the bottom. I urge Chipotle to reiterate the priority of care in both packaging and preparation of orders as is standard from my experience.

Very clean store with employees looking to make it even cleaner. Food was good as always.
