Wendy's - Brook Highland

This is by far the only Wendy's worth going to in the Birmingham region... I would travel there before going to the one 5 minutes from my house!

Pulled into the drive thru at 10pm to pick up and order I placed online. Got the the menu and sat there for 5 whole minutes no one ever came to the speaker to say a word. All lights were on and cars were in the parking lot. Drove up to the window and there was a girl literally standing in front of the lemonade dispenser with her head piece on her head! I pulled forward and cancelled my order immediately. Complete waste of my time coming to this location. If you don’t want to be bothered don’t come to work!!! Very unacceptable!

Went for lunch and was told the app coupons wouldn’t scan. I asked how long it had been down and she said 4 months. The lady had second window was very rude.

On two separate occasions my delivery orders were canceled due to the location being randomly closed. I have also driven up to the drive thru to find a piece of paper taped to the speaker box that says closed . I will admit, that when the location is actually open, the service is great. But unfortunately, my family and I will be eating elsewhere going forward as this location is very unreliable.

Loaded nacho burger is so good it should stay on the menu.
