Mcalister's Deli In Birm

I visited this restaurant twice and both times my family's meals had to be discarded. It is disappointing to see wealthy individuals allow their mediocre chain restaurants to use extremely low-quality ingredients for the general public.

The chef, Ray, made a fantastic Memphian sandwich. The customer service was excellent and the atmosphere was relaxed. The restaurant was clean and they had good tea with sweetener available. I will definitely visit again. Thank you for a great experience!
