The longest wait. I am in the usually very patient, but if they have starving, it feels like waiting for hours. the longest waiting time I ever had here was 45 minutes and that was just to see if it was really so long.

The service could definitely use some improvement. I sat in the drive waiting almost an hour to order my food, just to find out that the wait was that only because the speaker didn't work. So each car had to drag to the pick-up window to place the order and also wait there for the order. After waiting patiently, I finally make it into the pick-up window to order my food that was a 5 popcorn shrimp combo that is usually made to order, so I have no problem with it after I paid for my food and waited for the window 10mins later, the cash says that it is 3 minutes for their order because they thought to pull themselves and I will bring it out. Of course, I moved up and waited for 10 minutes to bring out my food, just so they could bring me some overcooked garnel that looked like they were boiled in dirty fat and to finish it after waiting for my food, I had to tell the cashier that I never got my drink that lasted another 5 minutes to bring them out. I wasted an hour of my Tuesday afternoon and waited in a trip for food that was not worth it! I give them two stars because one of the cash was very pleasant.

If I could give this a place, I'd do it, but there were 10 people who were only one on one of the three registers. service was extremely slow. When I came to the register, they were from kartoffel. I ordered the box more consisting of 2 pieces of chicken, 2 sides, 1 biscuit, small drinks and banana cream cakes. they were made of banana cream cake, so I asked how would they compensate for the lack. I was informed that they don't compensate for missing food. I asked if they could replace the beignets for the banana cream cake. the casser didn't even know what was beignets. When I pointed it out on the menu, she said we didn't. I asked the manager and asked how about the substitution she said we didn't replace, so we don't sell the box anymore. It was horrible eating somewhere. much too much salt, Mac cheese mushy overboiled everything evil. I do not recommend

The ordering machine is broken during driving and the incompetent manager cannot come with a solution. customers need to drive up to drive through windows to order the order then wait there for them. So the line is long and that is waiting for over 30 minutes. they need a better management because they really incompetent service: 1/5

The machine to take orders broke and just by then people have to wait 30 minutes un drive through. I would think the managers would come up with a better solution like having people outside taking orders with tablets etc. Lowsy management!!!! I'm writing this as I'm sitting waiting. And because there's a barrier I can't drive out the drive through
