Baskin-robbins - BRONX

I love visiting this restaurant because the staff is friendly, polite, and makes my milkshakes exactly how I like them. The environment is always clean and welcoming.

The ice at this restaurant is great, which is why I gave it 3 stars. However, the service is lacking. More often than not, customers feel ignored as the staff seems to only notice them when they enter, but do not react. They prioritize conversations with each other over attending to customers. It's disappointing that there isn't a Baskin Robbins nearby, otherwise I would choose to go there instead.

I arrived at 3:15 and waited outside in the cold for 20 minutes before the restaurant finally opened its doors. It is misleading for them to advertise as being open 24 hours if they do not promptly open their doors or cater to customers. I had to knock on the door, and when the staff finally noticed me, they ignored me as if I was not there.

WHY IS THIS LOCATION BEING ADVERTISED AS 24hrs IF ITS NOT !!! Waste of time!!! Driving all the way to the location for it to be closed

They didn't have any munchkin's. Where they do that at???
