White Swan - Bromsgrove

We popped in on the spur of the moment we're very pleasantly surprised. The beef, gammon vegetables were absolutely delicious. Friendly staff too .

Absolute waste of time went at 9.30am you would think it would be up and running went to get tea T urn cold so he had to fill cup behind counter no milk out had to ask again wanted eggs and mushrooms on mine waited at least 15 minutes had to ask several times my husband had eaten his by the time I got mine sorted not even a decent breakfast I had booked for 7 people for an evening meal but will cancel as this is not a place I want to chance eating at again as the meal is for my husbands birthday

I had a wonderful experience today at The Swan with a lady named Nikita, who is the assistant manager. Her expertise and knowledge stood out as she was very pleasant and helpful, and clearly passionate about her job. The pub was clean and tidy, and the staff were very friendly. Nikita mentioned that there would be a Halloween event on the 28th of October from 12pm to 6pm for children, with games and a DJ, followed by adult festivities from 7pm onwards. She has been working at the pub for six years and has worked her way up, which is truly commendable. This pub is definitely worth a visit as there is something for everyone, from a variety of refreshments to a carvery, or even freshly baked pizza from the menu. Congratulations to everyone at The Swan - we will definitely be coming back!

I went to this restaurant with my family for a meal. The carvery station looked unappetizing, with dried-up vegetables and inedible-looking meat. The staff was unwelcoming, not even greeting us when we walked in. We decided to leave and find a different restaurant that was more appealing.
