Often go here but in the week .went for Sunday lunch what a mistake no options for Sunday dinner so paid more for beef dinner it was terrible it came on bone but was all fat .veg was hard not edible and so was Yorkshire pudding it was nasty and I came away feeling ill .never going on a Sunday again .I feel Sunday lunch should not be offered if its this Is the standard .

I only intended to have a drink, but ended up staying for a meal as well. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this place. Special thanks to Kerry Ann for making my son, who has autism, feel at ease.

Booked table for me and wife as it was for her birthday meal. Received an email on the day of meal to say sorry booking cancelled with no reason. Had booked table 2 weeks in advance too.

Absolutely shockingly slow service. We had gone for dinner and drinks. We planned on getting a drink sitting to look at the menu then order our food. It took that long waiting to order a drink that we ended up reading the menu while waiting at the bar, as we figured it’d take ages to come back up to order the food separately. We continued to wait for ages and the people next to us had been there ages before us as well. It wasn’t even that busy in there. The people serving didn’t look happy to be doing their jobs and don’t even acknowledge you to say will be with you in a moment. In the end we walked out and went elsewhere for better service. For a green king pub I’m shocked at how bad the service is.
