Costa Coffee - Bromsgrove

I visited this Costa location this morning and was disappointed to find that there were no lids for takeaway cups and no glass cups available due to a broken dishwasher. This is not the first time I have had issues with this particular store. Since the previous manager and some team members left, the quality of service has declined significantly. The only positive aspect was a heavily pregnant young lady who has been working there for a few years, but she is now struggling under the new management. I had to defend her against angry customers who were taking their frustrations out on her, even though the real issue lies with the management. I rarely see the management present at the store for some reason. This will be the last time myself and my friends visit this Costa location. We would rather drive to the new Costa at Morrisons. The service here is truly shocking.

I visited this coffee shop on a Saturday morning and was disappointed to find out that they were out of coffee. The only options available were cold drinks or tea. It was quite surprising to me that a coffee shop would run out of coffee. This isn't the first time this has happened at this particular Costa location. It seems like either their coffee machines or dishwasher is constantly broken. I think it's time for Costa to invest in some new equipment, as the money they have lost from this issue could have easily covered the cost of new machines.

I visited the restaurant today and was disappointed by the slow and unfriendly service. I didn't receive a spoon or napkin, and the place looked unkempt. I used to frequent this restaurant often, as it used to be a pleasant place to enjoy a drink or meal. It's a shame to see how much it has deteriorated. I will be taking my business elsewhere where the service is better and prices are more reasonable.

Me my husband went to costa bromsgrove today for lunch coffee. Well I can honestly say its the worst costa we ever been in,dirty and run down,The staff are miserable, I asked the lad who was working there if he could clean the table, which I’d already had asked the girl who was working with him if she could do it, but didn’t even bother too come over.they had no cup or mugs no plates. So my toastie come in a bag which made it very greasy. So I left that and my coffee on the dirty table. The lad had long black hair not tied back. He was more bothered about filling his face round by the microwave, and didn’t even wash his hands after having them all round his mouth, straight to the next customer. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Disgusting

I decided to try a new syrup in my latte but when I got to my seat and tried it I really didn’t like it I went to the tIll to order my usual. Barista wouldn’t let me pay! I tried insisting but she was so sweet and said I didn’t like my coffee it’s free. Also surprised I could eat something tasty even tho I am vege Keto atm and the atmosphere was perfect very impressed btw my new coffee was yummy
