Les Quatre Canards - Bromont

We had high expectations based on the reviews we read. We enjoyed the atmosphere of the restaurant. We opted for the 4-course menu. The salad I had was simple, but the dressing was delicious. The squash soup had no flavor. For my main course, I had trout served skin side up with a small amount of puree, a sprinkle of pepper, and a halved brussel sprout hidden underneath. The puree and pepper were tasty, but the trout was overcooked and lacked flavor. The spuds were tough and bland. The fruit dessert consisted of canned fruit with only a few fresh strawberries and blueberries. Overall, I found the meal to be mediocre and overpriced. I was disappointed as I had hoped for something special. I wouldn't return to this restaurant.

We had a great experience with both the four-course dinner and the complimentary breakfast included in our golf and hotel package. The service was top-notch and the food was absolutely delicious. The portion sizes were just right. We loved trying out the local recipes and savoring the fresh ingredients and different flavors. We would definitely come back when staying at the hotel.

The food at this restaurant is just okay considering the price. The service is excellent, receiving a 5 out of 5 rating. The atmosphere is reminiscent of a cafeteria. Overall, this restaurant is overrated given the prices charged.

The restaurant is very nice and cozy accompanied by live piano performance. all foods are 5 stars. from the warm broth with aromen butter. the foise gras mixed with excellent blueberry jam, soft lamb chop, rich savory duck, and even dessert with delicious. the service. is also 5 stars very attentive and fast. I would visit this restaurant again.

Food is amazing! I got a ris de veau as starter, main course Magret de canard to finish with a Dome à la pomme for dessert. We got a table with a view on the Ski station that helped a lot for the atmosphere. Wine...was a Montagne St-Émilion Château Montaiguillon, 2015 excellent and only twice the price than liquor store. highly recommend this restaurant with exceptional food, wine and service at a raisonnable price.
