Grear location and very good rooms BUT... the sofa bed I had to sleep in was BAD. Needs to be fixed Rooms: 4 Service: 5 Location: 5

I hate to do this because the service was amazing . But the place is falling apart and it's too expensive . The plumbing sucks, the water flow in the shower is so weak, toilet WILL get clogged if you use it more than once in your stay. Hotel highlights: Kid-friendly

We just left on Sunday January 14 and we couldn't sleep because there was a party in the hotel and the music was so loud that it made our whole room vibrate until 2-3 a.m. Let's wait until 11 a.m. I wouldn't have made a fuss but that was excessive. We had a complete couples relaxation package and due to the lack of sleep we didn't even go to our thermal experience on Sunday. We are very disappointed with the experience. Not very relaxed let’s say Food drinks: Our server at 4 Ducks was very friendly and the food was excellent.

Everything is perfect, recommendation, add acoustic panels in the atrium for office parties that end at midnight and when you want to sleep. Other than that, everything is perfect... Rooms: 4 Service: 5 Location: 5
