Mcdonalds - BROMLEY

Awful manager think her name was michelle, gave dirty looks towards customers and kissed her teeth mocking me in a completely different language which is very unprofessional from a huge business. I will not be spending anymore money in this useless place with zero accountability of their customers who are gaining the business profit. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Paid for bbq sauce and never received it so when food was delivered and got the food out the bags AGAIN for the third time in a row they forgot the sauces that we had to pay for constantly they don’t put sauces in when it’s clear as day says on the order sauces paid for it may only be 20p or 70p a sauce but it all adds up and in the current climate and being a single parent on a low income just wanting to treat my children to something nice and exciting to them it is disappointing to constantly be charged and not receive what is paid for. Also the food is always cold orders on delivery should be made from scratch not the orders sat sitting in the heat containers

This restaurant experience was a complete disaster. We waited for over thirty minutes to place our order at the counter, only to encounter chaos, unhappy customers, and rude staff. When we realized we would be late for our plans, we asked for a refund. The manager, Michelle, refused without an apology, claiming she couldn't find our order on the till, even though we had already paid and our order number was still on the screen. There was no attempt to make things right or acknowledge the inconvenience. I would strongly advise avoiding this place due to its atrocious customer service. They clearly need urgent training on how to treat customers properly. This was by far the worst dining experience I have ever had.

Horrible there was a hair in my burger i feel sick. please have more respect. i feel sick to my stomach(literally) it was ginger i am no ginger.

We ordered our breakfast meal at 10:55 in their store and waited for 30 minutes. It was on the board and then disappeared. After 30 minutes of waiting they kept acknowledging me but didn’t ask me if I was waiting so I went to the desk to ask where my food was only to be told they aren’t doing breakfast anymore. I find it appalling they didn’t tell us and kept us waiting. I am disgusted. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!
