Dunkin' - Broken Arrow

Friendly staff and great service. I would recommend it.

This dunkin is really on the hill in the last few months. My coffee order is almost made EVERY uniquely wrong and tastes terrible, the employees seem to be mutually deceived and to stop their friends during their working hours. When we were there last time, my husband went to the bathroom and after he was already in the toilets, the employee came and cried through the door that the toilet was not open to the public. She could easily wait until he was out, as it was too late and informed him politely. COMPLETELY unprofessional and my husband doesn't want to go back.

I love Dunkin. Drive through is fast, friendly, efficient. Food and coffee is excellent. Call if you want the lemon filled donuts, go quickly!

As half of Massachusetts, do I love having a dunkin in the Tulsa area? They serve beautiful treats, food and coffee at fair prices. I have to kidnap a star because I think they could? ve invested in a larger car park, kitchen equipment. Like investors don't know the only dunkin? in the area would be smashed with the business. I see many frustrated customers because the store is not sufficiently equipped to handle all requirements as quickly and accurately as most people would like to be served. Add more locations asap!

This latest trip was a good reminder that I'm better off making coffee at home. I've been going to Dunkin because its the only cafe around that's been smart enough to not open up the dining areas, but the girl preparing my drink wasn't wearing a mask and I nearly drove off after noticing this. When you're helping a customer, please wear a mask. Not that it matters, but I won't be coming back.
