Chick-fil-a - Broken Arrow

I love Chick-fil-A and I used to be highly impressed by the fact that they never messed up my order. Several times now items have been missing, like an entire Market salad. This time, this was my kale side. These containers are tiny and it is definitely less full than normal. I don’t know who decided to short a container like this but it’s very frustrating to get all the way home and notice it. Not as frustrating as missing an entire salad like before, but it’s all just frustrating at this point. Food is still good, but someone needs to retrain some people at this location.

Drive thru experience here is streamlined like no other. Such a fast and professional service that delivers a simply great product every time. I dont know what I like more about Chick-fil-A, the consistency, the business model or the food. 10/10

The service was great and staff was friendly. For the amount of customers that were in line it went fairly quickly. Chik fil A has the drive through down to a science.

My husband I stopped here to get a bite to eat after a very long day. I'd never eaten here before and got a very important phone call so my husband ordered for us. We got chicken chunks/nuggets the waffle potatoes. It was great! We will definitely go back.

Love the food but not the long lines, altho they actually do move pretty expeditiously. They're kinda the fast food version of the cashier's at Aldi's. If you've ever checked out at Aldi's you know what I mean!!
