Beds very comfy and rooms clean. Nice to gave a pool too. Terrible restaurant absolutely extortionate prices for pretty sub par food and service. Unfortunately, we were planning on walking to the nearby pub for dinner but you can’t easily walk there so stayed in the hotel. Bad decision! Rooms: 3 Service: 2 Location: 2

We run a shopping trip every year from swansea for normally 60 ladies we have stayed here before excellent hotel can't fault anything rooms fab restaurant staff brilliant nothing was to much trouble whould certainly recommend this hotel for parties or any other occasion. I had an excellent stay over a few nights while working in the area. Very comfy room and bed with modern fittings. WiFi was one of the best I have used, absolutely no problems which is a bonus. Very good bar and restaurant with a good menu and food which is essential as there isn't much choice locally. A good sized car park with decent bay sizes and easy access to the M5. Rooms: 5
