Bytown Bayou - Brockville

On this day the menu was all different sorts of poutine, which I just wasn't in the mood for. So I chose the pulled pork taco which was ok, but the star on my plate was the coleslaw. I would come back again and hopefully get to try their ribs.

The Lazy Loon opened on Broad Street in 2013 and had a promising start. However, the quality seemed to decline in 2014, and they did not open at all in 2015. It may be time to remove them from TripAdvisor.

I was very hungry today and was looking for a quick bite downtown. I turned off King Street and happened to come across a food truck in a shady alley. The menu surprised me with its unique offerings. I was drawn to the Mai Chang chicken, which is Thai chicken cooked in a curry-coconut milk sauce with red peppers and jasmine rice, all wrapped in a fresh hot naan bread. The food was fast, fresh, and absolutely delicious. It was a classy dining experience in Brockville. Instead of my usual Tim Hortons, I stumbled upon this hidden gem by accident. The meal was hot and flavorful, and I enjoyed it in the comfort of my air-conditioned car. I plan on returning to try more items from their eclectic menu. The food truck is clean and innovative, offering a variety of options that you wouldn't typically find on a food truck. They even have frites and poutine for those who prefer more traditional options. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend this place to anyone looking for fast and fresh food in the area. I wish them continued success in their creative and delicious endeavors.

Stopped in here to try out the felafel after recommended by a friend. I was not lead astray! Its a food truck with a mix of items on the menu, from a burger, to frites, baklava , felafel... something for everyone from carnivore to vegetarian. What i had was freshly made, and delicious, and filling. They have a deck that overlooks the waterfront, so you can sit and eat right there if you like, great spot. I will definitely be back!!!

I had a great experience at this restaurant. The fries were delicious, well-cooked, and served by a very friendly staff. The prices are reasonable and the service is fast.
