Had a really lovely meal last night. Each table has a room divider between it so you have a good level of privacy and Covid protection. Staff are very friendly and service is excellent. Really noticeable. Food is also excellent. Really tasty. Highly recommend the pad Thai, one of the best I’ve had and those prawns were giant! Highly recommend

The Zen garden is tucked away around the back of Carey’s manor hotel, next to the spa. Its the main restaurant used by spa guests in the day. Zen is probably a place to go for a more quiet and relaxing meal. The food is testy, and there is a selection for vegetarian options which is good. I was disappointed that I couldn’t have a Thai curry without fish sauce as it’s my favourite. The other options were good though, and a spicy veg and tofu dish with chilli, which I asked for...extra hot! was delicious! One tip... the waitress needs to learn how to pour drinks with bubbles, as she was over spilling all our glasses and I had to take over. Overall the staff were helpful, especially the gentleman staff member. Sorry I don’t know his name.

Absolutely fantastic! Have visited Careys manor a number of times over the years and a trip to the Zen Garden is a vital part of any trip there. The whole menu is fantastic, you can't go wrong really, but the Tamarind Duck might be my favourite dish from any restaurant in the world. Absolutely divine. Highly recommended.

Do not miss this super restaurant at the back of the Carey's Manor Hotel complex. The food was exquisite; one of the best Thai meals I have eaten. We had helpful advice over menu choices, unobtrusive, friendly service, and piping hot and tasty food.
