Subway - Broadview Heights

This woman refused to put on a mask and was still served. Disgusting. The employees asked her to put on a mask and even have free ones but she still refused. They still served her! Horrible.

50 per cent of the time we try to go there it is closed, even during lunch hour. Also does not honor subway coupons.

The customer service is amazing. The bread is actually good and soft even when toasted. They have a really clean station for when I get there and overall, that subway is really good.

The two girls that were working were very nice and had great customer service however their hair was completely down in the food and looked very dirty. As nice as they were it was very unappetizing and I will not be going back because of their hygiene.

Used to frequent this location as it is five minutes from my work, but sadly, Subway became complacent, lazy, putting too many items on their menu, while using cheap cold-cuts and increasing prices across the board. I remember when Subway was the new kid on the block, and a much needed option on the fast food landscape other than microwaved burgers, salty fries, and processed so- called chicken nuggets. But a few years ago, they were left behind as other sandwich shops like DiBella's, Penn Station, and Jersey Mike's came on the seen with better products and better quality, leaving Subway in the dust. So long Subway, it was nice knowing you.
