Pizza Hut Express - Broadview Heights

Encountered extremely rude employees on my visit (9/01/2019 1:30 PM). Tried to order but was faced with such rude comments multiple times that I decided to leave without food. Staff were irritable and dismissive. Never again.

Trying to carry food back outside and dropped it because no bag was offered

Service was Fast and glad to have a choice other than Burger King for a change

Service was very slow. Waited in line for 20 minutes before I could order. Then took another 10 minutes to make it, and the breadsticks I ordered were burnt and barely edible.

I get delivery expecting it to be a Pizza Hut employee. But it's doordash with no heat bag. Food arrives Luke Warm. Very unprofessional. Not the first time this has happened will not be leaving a tip on the card no more.
