The Social Brooklyn - Broad Channel

As an offshoot/sequel to the redoubtable Ample Hills, it should be no surprise that the ice cream is superb: thick, rich, inventive, creamy, and perhaps my favorite in New York’s five mighty boroughs. I always go ooey gooey butter cake or peppermint pattie (or both , but there are delights to suit every taste. (Note well: I was so excited about the ice cream that I forgot to take a photo until after a few bites. A cone offers more than pictured here.

Amazing Customer Service. We could try a lil sample of the flavors before choosing. It made the experience a little less intimidating with the variety of amazing and different options.Chose:-Mango sorbet/Island-Banana pudding/red velvet

Yummy flavors! Marshmallow rice krispy banana nilla was great. good place to bring kids, they have a tiny play area!

The ice cream reminds me of oobleck. It’s chewy. And the harder you squeeze, the more it resists. But if you take a bite and do nothing, it melts instantaneously into nothing. Like cotton candy. Very weird. I’m not a fan.But the staff are very nice and there’s pinball.
