The Cheesecake Factory - Broad Channel

Superb quality of service by the team (from the lady welcoming us at the front counter, to the service staffs that attended our table), and special thanks to Jamal. He's been attentive from the very beginning and offered us a top-level service that every restaurant should have ! The restaurant has a great ambience, very cozy and chill. Food was amazing and tasty, which came in large portions, worth the money! We were very full with the mains that I did not even get to order the cheesecake that I came here for.. Would definitely be back if we return to Queens, NY!! Shout-out from Singapore ...

This was my first time eating here. I was a little worry, but it was actually a good experience. There was a 30 minutes wait because we did not made a reservation. They text you when your table is ready. The food was delicious. We ordered for appetizers the Chicken Quesadillas and Buffalo Blasts (they were spicy). I highly recommend the Thai Coconut-Lime Chicken and the Frozen Iced Mango. The Oreo Dream Extreme Cheesecake was delicious. The waiter was friendly and very courteous.

We had a great lunch to celebrate my sister's birthday. The food and service were both really good. The coconut mojito was awesome and so refreshing.

Food was very good. There is always a wait but it wasn't too bad. I recommend the chicken taquitos, cheeseburger rolls and the fried macaroni and cheese. Flat bread pizza is a great choice for lunch. And what is there to say about the cheesecake. We had the Oreo, apple caramel and pineapple upside-down...yum!!

The food is delicious! The service was excellent! This was my first time going to cheesecake factory, and i will definitely be going back!
