Bidrage med feedbackThis is the worst Subway in the world. I have been to many subways, Subways in Germany, France, Canada but this one has got to be the worst one. Here’s a quick list of all the defaults ; 1. Hard to find 2. No seating available 3. Tiny space with no ambiance 4. Customer service is absolutely horrible, by being the only client in the whole restaurant we were excepting at least some consideration but the only employee is rude, incompetent, insensitive and impatient. 5. The cookies were as hard as Minecraft bedrock 6. There were some items unavailable. 7. A cookie got partially eaten and still on the counter. 8. There was a limited choice of cheeses. 9. The bread was drier than the sahara desert. I think you get the point.
The location located in grand central terminal suck!! The older Indian guy who works there is always asleep near the front counter you have to yell and shout hello!!!!! ? to wake him up to get service if not he’s somewhere in the back and you have to again yell hello and whenever you finally caught his attention and go to order something he’ll always say they don’t have it even new promo items that they have advertised inside and outside of the location the only thing we ever get to buy is hard cookies and that because they are displayed by the cash register and he can’t say their isn’t any. I believe he just doesn’t wanna bother to not have to work or clean up. How does subways not have bread or wraps?!?! And it’s not like this location is ever crowded or busy so the math ain’t mathing…..
Very limited options, it's very buried towards the corner of inside the Grand Central terminal. It's inside the terminal
The employee who is today 06/05/2024 time: 17:10. He is the rudest person, super bad attention and he even yelled at me.
I love subway cookies so when I was leaving whole foods and saw this little Subway spot tucked away in the cut I IMMEDIATELY headed over there to get some chocolate chip cookies. The space is very tiny but clean; there was no one in there but two workers and they seemed very happy to see me. I let the cashier know I wanted the cookies and the transaction went smoothly. I threw the cookies in my bag and headed on my way. About 30 mins later I dipped in the bag to taste the one oatmeal raisin cookie that was nestled next to my chocolate chip cookies, and it was hard. I don't know if they have a new formula because it's been a while since I've visited or if the cookie was stale, but I was ticked off. I bit into it still, and it just did not give me that euphoric soft cookie experience I needed. I tried one of the chocolate chip cookies and it wasn't as hard as the oatmeal raisin, but it wasn't as soft as usual either.Lesson learned: taste test before walking away is mandatory! I would've marched right back in that store if I found out earlier that the cookies were sub par.
