The food is good but they are very slow. we had to wait almost an hour for the food. (dine in)

Food is amazing but the place is very unorganized specially when you order for pick up, they will make you make the normal line which is about 20 to 25 minutes if you have 7 people in front of you. I hope one day they make a separate window just for pickup. also the same line you make the orders they have a window for the food for pick up so when you dinning inside and your foodis ready you have to move people from the line to get your order. very very unorganized.

Delicious cheese and plantain empanadas. Other good looking stuff too, but that's what I ate. Nice beverage selection. I had something nice with guava I don't remember exactly. Bilingual staff. Cash only. They do have an ATM inside; I didn't check thefees. Such perfect late night options.

I'm only giving this place a 1 star because the fries are good. But everything else is terrible, the service, the lady answering the phones, the overall experience was upsetting. I ordered a chicken burger with specific items and a mangometro made me wait30 mins to find out they gave me a hamburger with no mangometro. You would think speaking the same language, they will get itcorrectly. Well you're wrong. Once I got home I realized I received the wrong order and gave them a call. A lady gets on thephone to tell me I would have to come back because the system automatically modified it to hamburger... Then she wants to say Inever added a mango metro in the first place and the worst of all, they never even gave me a receipt. And when I asked her forher mistakes to have this delivered, she wants to say she can't have it delivered that I would have to go back, i told her mycorrect order and made her repeat it back so i know she has it correctly.. for me not to go back and forth, I went back to pickup my correct order to again reach home and had my order incorrect again! Honestly, everyone in here needs training to speak,to listen, and take orders. If you get hungry and this is the last place to eat at, just make your own food. Cause I am foreveravoiding this place!

I got the best experience of enjoying their food and service. They are super kind and the empanadas are delicious.Appreciated deeply.
