Pick A Bagel - Broad Channel

Can't go wrong here, a little pricey. They charge $1.50 for butter on a bagel. But the staff is great everything is fresh and tasty.

Lots of seating, though it can get busy. Good customer service, moves fast, food consistently good

The bagel is average at best. There are many alternatives nearby.

Today I bought a Chicken Caprice panini at the Lexington Ave strore. The meet was extremely bad, stinky. I didn't even realized it when I opened the box , only when I took tje first bite. The taste was terrible. I went back to the store immediately and told them what happened. The guy in charge were just pointing the sign on the wall says, no refund. They were forcing me to get another panini. I told them I want nothing from them anymore, I can't even eat at the moment, I still felt the horrible taste in my mouth and I want the 13 dollars back but they are absolutely don't compromise. I left the store hungry and 13 dollars less. They are literally stole 13 dollars from my pocket. It's outrageous.

1st time here. Bagels were average at best. There are much better bagel places in the area. I won't go back.
