Place my order for 6 lbs of crab claws on Dec 6 for delivery on Dec 20. Got the tracking info to use Route. Started trying to get delivery info on the 16th. No answer to 4 emails, even tho they say they will respond in 24 hrs. Got a human on the phone who, after taking all my info, said he would send them an email. No response to that. This company is a fraud and scams you. They do not fulfill any orders and you should not order anything from them. My attorney is furthering research on them.

BEWARE SCAM — I made sure to read reviews before buying and thought it was a reputable company and I still was a victim of it. Ordered lobster tails a month ago and never received my order, not even a tracking number. They charged my card as soon as I made the order and NOTHING, after numerous phone calls and e-mails not even one response that they received my inquiries. Do not purchase from this company.
