I always order Uber eat and today when I decided to call I had the worst experience. The man on the phone was the most disastrous there is! With a horrible despotic attitude omg I told him that the menu doesn't look good here and he told me that's the owner's problem, not mine! I told him that there are no fish tacos for 2 weeks and he says, I don't know, there are always fish tacos here. I told him that I wanted that and he told me that today there is no bone, nor is he informed about anything, and he gets defensive with the customer, rudely saying that more He never wants to with a friendly attitude when I'm ordering a big order! I don't understand how people like that can work in customer service if they are going to have a stupid attitude and are not going to be friendly when the customer is not to blame for your bitter life.

I been making orders from here usually I get good service but today I encounter the rudest person. First he doesn’t take his time to take my address I keep repeating my address he kept messing it up mind you I speak Spanish and I spoke to him in Spanish. Then I repeatly said I wanted a spicy margarita. I kept telling him please don’t mess it up he’s like yeah I got it with an attitude. I get my order is completely wrong. I called them back complaining about it I can only hear the guy in the background saying I ordered a mojito. I liked ordering from here. Never again learn how to train your staff please if you can’t understand or don’t know something please ask or just repeat the order back. Also they send half a cup with a bunch of ice . Not worth $15 not even in the city. I would pay with all the love of my heart if it was what I ordered. Good luck estrellita poblana

?THERE IS ONLY ONE WAITRESS WHO DOES EXCELLENT SERVICE AND THE OTHER 5 DO NOT KNOW HOW TO TAKE CUSTOMERS THEY CHANGED THE WAITRESS AND THE FOOD CONTINUES DOWN CLASS A SAD MEXICAN FOOD
