Elm Park Grocery - Broad Channel

Don't ever order delivery from here. They have little girls working the phone and they don't know how to take orders even if their lives depended on it. I ordered 3 different times from this spot and all 3 times they got my order WRONG. After the 3rd time, I went to get my money back and the girl threw money at me. DISGUSTING.I miss the old owners. These new owners don't care. I hope they shut down.

This business was recently taken over by new Management. They're looking to do a full makeover... Seems promising

Mario needs to make the new owner change their name. Ever since Mario sold the place and new owners took over, this place sucks! They gave me a WHOLE messed up order the inky correct thing was the color of the gatorade... What kind of cracked out workers you have in there??? The drivers are great they understand and been there before that new owner who I have been told us horrible. The place does not deserve the title Elm Park Deli anymore. That died when it was sold to a bunch of idiots. even the workers and every local will agree with me. If you don 't want your morning f up bc the food is NOT the same and they don 't listen, simply do NOT order from here :

DO NOT ORDER BREAKFAST FROM HERE IF YOU WANT TO WAIT 2 HOURS FOR COLD FOOD. I DONT EVEN WANNA HEAR THAT THEY ARE BUSY OR UNDERSTAFFED, THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.
