Eh! - Brnenec

Coming from Canada and living in Brno now, I was very skeptical about a poutine place opening in town. I really had high expectation for this national treasure we call Poutine. I tried it multiple time in other city in Europe but nothing came as close as the one I had today at Eh Bistro ! Cheese was melted to the perfection, fries were amazing and the sauce came very close to the one we have back home. Nathan told me the best thing about his poutine were the fries and he's absolutely right ! I highly recommend it to anyone who wish to discover this amazing Canadian meal ! Taste exactly like the one we have home. Thanks Nathan for bringing this in Brno !

Best fries ever. I really do not think you can get better fries anywhere in Brno. And for the poutine, it is really amazing. First time I had it, even though I have been twice to Canada and wow, it is something so delicious. Fresh fries, fresh cheese, best gravy ever and I decided to go with the pulled pork in maple syrup with it. The meat was so tender and simply.. amazing! Everything is freshly made on the spot. And for the staff, Nathan is really friendly guy. 10/10, will definitely visit again.

Good potatoes, fresh cheese and that sweet gravy. A perfect combo. The potatoes are golden crispy, while you get them dipped in that hot gravy and the cheese curds slowly melts and transforms into a long string of good tasting food. Every serving of poutine is freshly made on the spot, by a very friendly staff. 10/10 would definitely try again.

I was truly excited when I realized that a place where poutine is being served opened in Brno. I was excited for the second time when I got to know that despite all those bad circumstances this brave man did not give up and decided to not let down his business and gave it another try. And I was excited for the third time (finally) when I tried this meal of gods called poutine. It. Is. Truly. Awesome. Thank you, I’ll be back soon!

Very tasty Canadian food and great Czech beer! You'll get extraordinery potatos and multiple layers of cheese all poured down with a lot of nice gravy .. You shouldn't miss this opportunity.
