Waggamamma - Bristol, City of

One of our favourite places to eat. Big fan of the chicken katsu curry and the duck gyoza. Would visit more often if we lived closer.

There were 4 in our party but only 3 dishes arrived together. We waited and waited for the 4th dish but nothing arrived. We had virtually finished our meals when we got the attention of the waiter and asked where the missing dish was, his reply was haven 't you eaten at Wagamama 's before? The food doesn 't come out at the same time His tone was condescending and very rude and he didn 't go and make any checks. We finally got the attention of waitress who said she would go and check which she did straight away and a few minutes later the final dish arrived but by then the rest of us had finished our meals. I have never been to any restaurant where the main dishes come out at separate times and I have also eaten at Wagamama 's before and this wasn 't the case. The whole point of going out to eat together is to eat TOGETHER not in separate sittings! I wanted to raise the issue with the management before we left but unfortunately the restaurant was so busy that it was impossible to get anyone 's attention. This was really poor service by an extremely arrogant waiter who clearly couldn 't care less if my son 's food arrived or not, very disappointed.

Love it here, prompt service, healthy food, lots of veggie options A very prompt courteous service. The house wine was good.

This is a lovely place to stop for lunch, we were lucky that is was quiet. The staff member who seated us was very helpful as my partner can’t have gluten, and we are both vegan. The staff member introduced himself as Mike and explained the menu giving helpful advice regarding spice level, size of portions and asking insightful questions about what we had tried before and what he would recommend. The food came out quickly and the portions were generous. I was really impressed how organised the menu is and how helpful and knowledgable the staff member was.

The staff was very friendly lovely food and Chriss was very polite and had excellent service very hygienic my husband and I were very please
